Today I’m sharing on Instagram Stories how to tint your brows at home! This can be a great alternative to professional tinting, or for those of you who are like me and can’t always get in for a brow appointment as easily as you’d like to (ya know, the whole kids and other responsibilities thing), this can help lengthen your time in between appointments! I plan on tinting at home when my tint wears off but I don’t need a wax just yet, and still getting them professionally tinted when I do wax!
I love tinting because I despise penciling/powdering my brows with makeup. It’s the part of my makeup routine that I dislike the most, and I always worry that I didn’t blend well enough or that they’re looking uneven.
The reality is that a fuller brow is not just in style, it’s more flattering to the face. Being a member of the overplucking 90’s generation, I’ve spent years trying to “grow out” my brows, and while they’re pretty full, they’re still somewhat sparse and less pigmented than I’d prefer.
This is the stuff I use. I’d heard it recommended by another blogger, and have been really pleased with the ease of application and how quick it is to do! Check it out on my Stories (it’ll be saved under Tutorials)!
If you try it out, let me know what you think!
